Stephane Schwarz has joined Milanese design house Zagato as its design director. Born in Switzerland, raised in France and educated in Italy, Schwarz is perhaps best known for his time as Nissan Design Europe design director. Dallara - the company involved in top-end motorsport from Formula E to Indycar - is readying a sports car for the road, CAR magazine can reveal. In the new September 2014 issue on sale today, Gian Paolo Dallara, the firm's founder, confirms a back-to-basics eponymous sports car due to arrive by 2017. The Dallara road car will be extremely focused: target weight stands at just 850kg, enabled by the use of carbonfibre, just like on the Alfa Romeo 4C that Dallara helped to develop.
